Occlusal anatomy corresponding to an adolescent patient free of any abrasion (15 to 20 years old)

Intercuspidation:

• Anterior relationship: deep overbite, initial anterior and canine guidance
• Premolar to first molar region: tooth relationship = 1 : 2
• Premolar to first molar region: tooth relationship = 1 : 2
• Second and third molar region: tooth relationship = 1 : 1 distally

Gingivae:

• Elastic, removable gingiva based on the anatomy of a 40-year-old patient.

Main use:

• Mainly for exercises in preventive and conservative dentistry and prosthodontia emphasizing functional occlusion.
